| I saw the revival of Cabaret last month and have not been able to stop thinking about Bebe Neuwirth’s rendition of “What Would You Do?” I’ve seen Cabaret more times than I can count, and have seen many wonderful women as Schneider. But I have never, EVER, seen a Schneider stop the show with “What Would You Do?” With Bebe, it was the biggest showstopper the entire night. Did anyone seen Lotte Lenya? Did she? Anyone else? |
