I'm guessing Andres sang this:

When I had a man, my figure was boyish and flat, so what?
Through all of our years, he was so disappointed in that, so what?
Now I have what he missed, and my bosom is full, but he lies in a churchyard plot.
If it wasn't to be that he ever would see the abundance of me, so what?

That's what Ebb wrote. Lenya told them that it would be ridiculous for her with her flat chest to sing that, so he rewrote it for her. The original published script has what Ebb originally wrote. The published score offers both. I think the published script of the revised version may have only the Lenya version.

Lila Kedrova on the original London cast recording sang what Ebb originally wrote. My guess is that when Peg Murray went on for Lenya, she sang what Ebb originally wrote, and that replacement Despo sang the original lyric as well.
