| A wildly conflicted review in Variety about Richard Linklater's Blue Moon, a bio film about Lorenz Hart, which premiered at the Berlin Film Festival. The reviewer claims (with some justification, it sounds like) that Hawke is wildly miscast. Then again, he goes out of his way to diss Oklahoma!, so I'm not sure he is to be trusted. A follow-up report in Variety says that the crowd went wild for the film. We shall see, I guess. |
