| Supposedly, Zero Mostel says "Theatergoers, I bid you welcome", but his diction sounds to me like he is starting off by saying "Feygeles" (sorry, if that offends). It sounds like he's only saying three syllables rather than four, in any event. Was he trying to slip something in, or was it just Patti LuPone/Joan Sutherland-type mushy diction? | |
