| God, the description and setup sound awful. Playing on all of these tired stereotypes. Lazy, obvious casting. And David Kohan and Max Mutchnick stopped being funny after Will and Grace's 4th season (of the original run). And Nathan Lane rarely manages to scale down his performance in front of a camera. His acting style for TV/movies would work for 1970s era farce (Like "Are You Being Served") but not for contemporary television, even if it's a multi-cam sitcom. Sadly, my bet is that this will be cancelled after the 1st season. |
