The odd thing is that Bomer was also announced for a limited return of "White Collar" but that seems to have fallen by the wayside and Bomer can't do both series.
In this day and age, he probably could. Streaming comedies tend to be only around 10 episodes in a season (I'm thinking of Frasier, Only Murders, etc.).
