| Do we have the recent Sweeney Todd and Cabaret to thank for this hyper-mess? Hoping they'll scale the movement down as they get further into rehearsals Also, characters speaking in phony foreign accents when they're all speaking to each other in their native tongue is one of my major pet peeves. In the Banderas revival it sort of made sense since Banderas couldn't lose his own natural accent. And aside from the busyness, I have another worry. Is it just me or does her voice keep dropping out? I'm hoping it was just bad recording. |
