| I know it's been a rough few years for restaurants and West Bank is beloved, but is not getting X or Y grant really the reason they're struggling? Seems like the market has changed and there's a number of competing similar venues (Green Room, 54 Below, etc.) in the area that weren't there 20+ years ago and that may be the larger issue? |
