| Sure...anyone who's ever spent a significant amount of time in New York over years will probably have 5-10 favorite places that are no longer in business. Having lived in HK for nearly 25 years, I could probably rattle off even more. My point was that restaurants and performing venues come and go and that's the way of the world. Even the best venues need to have a business model that works or else they will join the long list of places long gone and well remembered. |
