| It is physically within the Manhattan Plaza complex. Part of it is directly underneath a tower, and part is underneath a terrace that is its roof but that could not be built upon both because it would require apartments to lose their windows (and also their balconies) and also because I am relative certain that the open space above the terrace is included the the volume calculations. (NYC real estate is all about volumes and air rights.) |
