Does anyone know why Barbara Cook and Angela Lansbury didn't participate? Both of them were such integral parts of the Sondheim legend and they were both still very active- this was before Cook did SONDHEIM ON SONDHEIM and Lansbury did THE BEST MAN, DRIVING MISS DAISY and BLITHE SPIRIT- but perhaps they were under the weather?
