| making statements without any data to support it. It has been reported that weekly cost is $980K Gross-Gross (so the number reported by the league). That means it lost over $250K last week alone. The last four weeks--only once at that number of 980. Over the summer--only about $100K above that many weeks. And that $980K is an estimate and probably changes weekly depending on advertising and other costs. It does have $5M in reserves so has money to burn for some months at these numbers. I'm sure it's below its stop clause numbers if the Shuberts wanted to exercise it. And the poster seemed certain that GoodnightGL is going into the Wintergarden. But you can continue "it's fine" without any facts. Neither of us are investors in the show so we really don't know, but the facts don't look good for long term survival. | |
