Yes, and given everyone in the story's Italian, they'd sound unaccented to each other, so the audience should have that experience too. Only the producer should have an accent, because she's French, and thus would sound accented to the other characters.

There was an old BBC series, Secret Army, about an escape line in Belgium in World War 2, that helped downed RAF pilots get back out to London under the noses of the Nazis. The cast were English actors. Cleverly, all the "Belgians" sounded English, and the Germans also sounded English BUT spoke with a clipped manner, a sharper manner. Every word clearly understood. (Remember when actors enunciated in films and on TV, so that every word COULD be understood?) (Or is my hearing going, with my hair?)
