| Just because you have a large YouTube fan base doesn’t mean you can fill 8000 seats a week at $147 average ticket price. That’s more than watching free stuff on YouTube. I didn’t think the show would do this well with a broad audience appeal. I liked it offbroadway a lot, but farce comedies like this don’t usually sell lots of tickets in a big broadway house—maybe one or two a decade like Boeing Boeing and the play that goes wrong. | |
