I'm British. I'm in England. I am not glued to my telly this week. Yes, a lot of people are - but a lot of people aren't. The decision to delay the start of this show for the football was arrogant, presumptuous, unprofessional, and extraordinarily disrespectful towards people with trains to catch, which would be a reasonably significant proportion of the audience.

(And, really, I am British and you are not. Trying to American-splain my country's culture to me is not a great look.)
