We don't always agree (who does? who should?), but I have long thought of you as someone who is studiously avoids the bad "isms" (racism, sexism, etc.) and has also called out those who indulge in them, whether blatantly, systemically, or inadvertently, or unwittingly. Because of that, I was quite shocked by your trafficking in the comments quoted above, which seem about as ageist as imaginable. I offer this as something to think about and nothing more. |
