| I think if anything, especially in the theater world, female actors and characters will, in my estimation, will more likely get favored and when it is non-gendered categories. Maybe I'm wrong. And I'm not saying it should or shouldn't be genderless... that's just what I see happening more often than the male actors dominating. I'm just glad that Drama Desk Awards are giving 2 awards per non-gendered category, rather than just 1 (thereby eliminating half the awards as there used to be) as some have done. |
