It's certainly not impossible - we have four women at the Drama Desk this year - and if it were to sting and bring up those feelings of bias and patriarchy, I think we can all give some grace as people are getting over the decades of trauma we've all been through around patriarchy. Your last sentence feels like it wants people to get over that problem immediately, and it will take time.
