I was fortunate enough to catch Brian Dennehy 3 times on stage. Twice at the Goodman Theatre, in Desire Under the Elms in 2009 and in The Iceman Cometh in 2012. I also got to see him on a Broadway stage in the 20007 revival of Inherit the Wind. It's an understatement to say he was a very powerful theatre actor, who absolutely commanded the stage in all 3 productions.
Thanks for posting about Driveways. I just put the Blu-Ray version on hold at my library. It sounds like a good movie. |
