I think all the songs about music can be seen as diegetic. Maria loves to sing, so even the title song at the top and "I Have Confidence" can easily be seen as her singing to herself. "My Favorite Things" was already diegetic in the stage show - here, it's about SINGING to beat the storm (the way "Goatherd" was in the stage show). All the Nuns' music (aside from "Maria"- which I forgot about) is diegetic. As is anything having to do with the children singing, the concert, etc.

That leaves 16 Going On 17, Maria, and Something Good as being the only moments in the film where singing seems to come out of nowhere.
