I love how people are still so afraid..even people who MAKE musicals...of "people breaking into song" in movie musicals! We know well trailers always avoid the music to not "turn off" viewers from going to see the movie...People argue "no one bursts into song in real life" Well in real life people don't jump in cars and speed/flip for miles and NOT get killed. Musical numbers are alot like action sequences.
Molina's mother's song YOU COULD NEVER SHAME ME is one of the most moving parts of KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN...if she and the song are gone that will be a shame.
