Agree, that “After Miss Julie” decision was one of the dumbest in recent history.

Right up there with allowing actors from the remounting of “White Christmas” to be eligible. It hadn’t been three years since the show was last on Broadway, so it wasn’t eligible as a revival. But the actors were deemed eligible. So if you run a show for three years straight, none of the recast actors can win acting awards. But if you take two years off, then the recast actors can win a Tony. Non-sensical. (None of them were nominated, anyway.)
