| While I am not taking any bets on it, I certainly would love to see Glen Close appear in the movie version of Sunset Boulevard. The story is still gripping, and a good director can do a lot with it. Of It could have been great. Also, if Barbra Streisand had number of years ago had been able to get gypsy off the ground. that might have been special. Her voice, of course, would be perfect as mama Rose But that was never to be. I am sure others would chime in about follies as it would would’ve been great with a good director and stars, but I don’t think they are around anymore. |
