I have both the official script of the current production and the special script they sent us for the LuPone revival, which includes both the original 1959 script and Laurents's handwritten revisions for the 2008 version. It's "Madam" in all of them! (If the TW or Concord versions said otherwise, that was a mistake on their part.)
