But, for my money, Merman gave the best performance. Her Act 1 closing gave me goosebumps.
I was born in 1964. All the wishing that I could have seen Merman's Madame Rose wouldn't make it so. I'm glad you got to see it. Just keep in mind not all of us were born yet. ;-) |
