| The recent Broadway revivals of MERRILY and ON THE TOWN had nothing at all to do with the Encores! productions of those shows. MERRILY got to Broadway via London, Boston, and off-Broadway at NYTW. Regarding ON THE TOWN, you may be thinking of the previous revival, which had started life as a summer production at the Delacorte, courtesy of The Public Theatre/NYSF, before transferring to Broadway. |
