I agree. It was a helluva cast. Considering it played the cavernous Lyric, it's remarkable this 2014 revival lasted as long as nearly a year there.
If it hadn't opened in the same season as ''An American in Paris,'' Joshua Bergasse would've probably won the Tony for his ''On the Town'' choreography.
Since 2014, Tony Yazbeck has starred in ''Prince of Broadway'' and ''Flying Over Sunset,'' but he oughta be on the Great White Way more often than that. |
