For this pre-sale, there is no Gold option - the only option that works is the "presale" option that doesn't require a code. But you still have to click on the Amex pre-sale option, or it won't let you in.

So I got through. The opening screen says pricing is up to $921(!) but I didn't see any sold for today for more than $621. I think huge amounts of the seats are being held back -- almost all of the center orchestra doesn't seem to be on sale. So the $621 might be the floor for premium pricing. :(

Basically the first couple rows of the mezzanine and all of the orchestra up to Row M or N for the center orchestra and four seats in on the side (1/3/5/7 or 2/4/6/8) appear to be $621 (or $599 without Telecharge fees, presumably - if this show were on Seat Geek, the fees would be much higher; that seat would probably be $650).

Beyond that, there seems to be some element of dynamic pricing, because the pricing had some variations, sometimes by $100. So potentially look farther out for better pricing. Seats 9/11 in the orchestra were up to $421/$399, which seems crazy for a seat that far to the side. Seats 13/15 are up to $271/$249, which also seems crazy for a view that's at least a little obstructed in this theater.

Cheapest seats are $135 for the last two rows in the mezzanine, which seems like a relatively good value since the mezzanine only has 12 rows. If it's in your price range, central rows D/E in the mezz were in the $200s and A/B for rear mezz (which are really rows F/G in the mezz) are $216, which is a lot but seems like a relatively good value given the crazy pricing.

So I think the pricing is crazy, but I guess not so surprising, given the size of the house, the stars, and that it's a short run. What struck me here is how much the "non-premium" seats are. I can't see paying $421 to sit in seat 11 on the side, but then again, I can't see myself paying $421 to sit anywhere, so I'm guess I'm not the target for that pricing.
