I highly recommend GUYS & DOLLS and FIDDLER is a very decent production - experiencing summer theatre at Regent's Park is always a treat and this production is worth taking in.
As someone who is quite familiar with the original London production of STARLIGHT EXPRESS, I cannot recommend this new production at all though it has its share of fans. Few of the original characters or songs are intact and what little story there was is now an incoherant mess. Totally not worth the jaunt to Wembley but just my own humble opinion. |
