Forbidden Broadway. Only a few bullseyes.

The quality of the satire is far from its earlier peak. The cast is wonderful, especially Jenny Lee Stern. The best is the first satire of cabaret where the MC is sung as Joel, Grey and then Alan Cumming
And then Eddie Redmayne. I thought the outsiders routine was very good. Stern’s Patti LuPone was a Bullseye and the bit about Audra and Gypsy was good. Most likely fellow talkers will find it OK, but I don’t predict a long run for it.
