Yes, in the production I saw last Thurs. night, Ryan (in a scene midway through the play) suddenly takes Keith's hand, which causes Keith to recoil and say something like "What are you doing?" Ryan then apologizes and says something about them both being lonely. In a subsequent scene when Keith becomes very distraught, Ryan asks if he could hold and comfort him, but Keith says something like they need to keep their relationship strictly business.

I don't think Ryan's intention is necessarily romantic or sexual, but it seems to me that he wants some sort of friendship with Keith that includes physical contact. For example, in the play's second to last scene in which Ryan takes Keith to see the property he wanted to purchase and they discuss what both of them have lost, Ryan does actually embrace Keith rather tenderly and Keith does not resist Ryan's action.

It's been two years since I saw the Signature production so I don't remember exactly how those particular scenes were staged.
