Of course, the Tony nominations are based on the tastes of the nominators. I've been following the Tonys for years and years, so I know how it works.

Even so, as I said, it's still mindboggling TO ME that others found ''Paradise Square'' worthy of 10 Tony nominations, including Best Musical.
