Well, Strange Loop was under Tim, and the development was more led by P73 and MTF, but this points to the issue: figureheads get paid large amount of money, but the work is done by a larger team of dedicated artists who are lucky to make basic cost-of-living. Which is a reflection of the larger issues of income stratification that we see in corporate culture, and nonprofits are ultimately run by corporate people who are used to corporate workplaces and see the world through corporate values.
