| However, for a bit more context, when Hamilton won in 2015, the only previous Off-Broadway musical to have won was Little Shop of Horrors. In the nine years since Hamilton, there have been A Strange Loop and Kimberly Akimbo for their Off-Broadway productions, and now Dead Outlaw. |
