| Funny, I was talking with a friend of mine about six weeks ago about this very issue. It was her opinion that what has impacted Broadway attendance the most has been remote working. She said that during the week, it was so common for people who worked in the city to decide. even a day or two in advance, to stay there after work and see a show. I have no idea if data supports this or not, I'm just repeating what she said. My guess is that this is one of several factors. |
