| Sounds good, I am looking forward to seeing this in a couple of weeks. I saw the 1983 film recently for the first time and had a mixed reaction. But I remember the Hinton novel being avidly read by boys when I was younger (when boys still read books). I'm curious as to whether this is more an adaptation of the book than the 1983 film or whether it uses some of Coppola's operatic flourishes. |
