| There is an excellent podcast about the entire history of Busker Alley called BROADWAY BOUND : The Musicals That Never Came to Broadway moderated by Rob Schneider. He includes interviews with some of the participants ( producer Barry Weissler) live recordings of the show and demo tapes.There seemed to be much to enjoy in the show but besides the injury of Tommy Tune the timing of the show didn’t jibe with the musical trend of darker themes and contemporary material. |
