it's just odd to me that such a "smash hit" doesn't seem to get talked about much at all
The numbers tell the tale, I think. Has it not made money almost every week since it opened? Does "making money every week for a year" not make it a smash hit in 2025 A.D.?
Okay, maybe not a smash hit, but otherwise this meets all the usual metrics.
Just because the theater chatterati don't take a special interest doesn't mean that it's not making consistent money. |
