Agree with many below who found this to be an exercise in tedium. Left at intermission.

Some interesting conceptual ideas (the 'white' and 'black' sashes) undone in practice (they keep sliding off and falling around and distracting ... could we add some magnets near the shoulder?).

I enjoyed the lively movements of the musical director, and the interplay between the stage and the pit.

As a case for Target Margin or SHOWBOAT, this fails on both fronts.
