In terms of the view, there are no really bad seats.
If one member of your party has access issues and a bad knee, I'd avoid anything labelled as a 'high seat' (the rear row on three sides of the stalls seating tier, and the back row on three sides of gallery 1 and gallery 2) - these are seats you have to climb into, with a footrest a foot or so above the floor.
Access to the stalls level is down one flight of stairs from the foyer. Gallery 1 should have level access from the foyer, gallery 2 is up one flight of stairs from gallery 1. There is a "platform lift" from the foyer down to the stalls lobby; the stairs down to the stalls lobby are fairly wide, have handrails, and are not particulary difficult to negotiate. I'd look for seats in gallery 1 or the stalls, and stay away from anything labelled as a 'high seat'.
Enjoy the show - it's wonderful. |
