I don't know if my isolated experience will help, but I bought a half-price ticket at the Leicester Square booth on Nov. 7 and my seat was in the first row (not on stage as part of the promenade aspect). I thought the seats were a bit uncomfortable, but the location was perfect, and it's a show worth seeing. Good luck.
