I put off seeing it till someone I really wanted to see took over. That was David Dukes. I would have liked to see John Wood and Peter Firth, but I didn't get there while they were doing it. Dukes played it with Mark Hamill.
Dukes was, as you might expect, extremely fine and commanding in the role, if not necessarily the last word. Hamill was good enough. |
