John Gallagher Jr. posted on IG that for the past six years Swept Away got him through some very difficult times. He mentioned that he isn’t sure he will continue acting and that he feels he does some of his best work in Swept Away. Reading his reaction to the closing is heartbreaking.
I know the show was recorded but it’s doubtful we’ll get a physical CD now.
I am returning via TDF Sunday night. Keeping my fingers crossed I get a good seat. I sat in third row orchestra center the first time.
