| We'll agree to disagree? I understand the urgent desire to see a show, but anyone who knows the slightest about the business knows that previews are meant for tweaking and fixing. Anyone thinking they are seeing a finished product at the first few performances and deserve that because they paid full price? Sorry, but no. You want a polished product for your money with less flaws then let the show get close to opening before you see it. Otherwise, maybe have a bit of tact or an ounce of class and not be quick to call something a 'flop' or a 'mess' when it is hardly out of the gate. It isn't kind, supportive or constructive to do otherwise but I guess few folks actually give a damn about that these days. Sad. |
