| Say what you will about the production, but I think the score has never sounded better with impeccable singing of a tricky score not just from Nicole Scherzinger, but also Tom Francis, Grace Hodgett Young, David Thaxton, and the hard-working ensemble, plus an orchestra conducted by Musical Director Alan Williams that swims in the glory of David Cullen and Andrew Lloyd Webber's orchestrations. I would conversely argue this production leaves plenty of room for the score to be served first and foremost, as Jamie Lloyd himself has stated in interviews.
