It's quite a shame the way her career did not take off the way it was going and should have. She won a Tony for a raved about performance in a hot and good play... then almost nothing. She has worked fairly consistently but it's remarkable how the industry has wasted her for the last 12 years.
She was the best thing in "Being the Ricardos", and yet she was the only one of the 4 main actors who wasn't nominated for an Oscar. Terrible. |
