The East West Players are readying their third production of PACIFIC OVERTURES for next month (1978/79, 1998), and have put together a video of Gedde Watanabe as the Old Man singing “Someone In a Tree”….matched with video of himself playing the Boy in the tree from the original Broadway production in 1976!
(He’s also playing the Shogun’s Mother.)
