| When LK was relatively new, I got in the habit of telling people to buy a standing room ticket and then they could leave when they started to get bored (or their feet got tired). Ms. Taymor is amazingly creative but in this (and the show she attempted across the street some years later) she showed that her interest was not really in making "(musical) theatre." I feel like the closest she got was Green Bird. |
