When I saw this thread, my mind IMMEDIATELY went to Civil War
I had a free ticket (like a lot of the audience) and HATED act one and was planning to leave at intermission
THEN, the last song of act one was kinda cool and there was an interesting lighting/visual effect at the end of the act, so I decided to stay
Act 2 begins and I IMMEDIATELY regretted it. Act 2 was full of the same boring plink-plunk country western guitar nonsense that I hated so much in act 1
They tricked me with a could act one finale! |
