That does make sense, and I get it. Those kind of stories are also what it’s about. And of course, this is all subjective. Even Gavin Creel, part of it is how beloved he was and part how shocking to lose him so young.
But we have people raising the question about every single actor who’s ever been on Broadway. (Ken Page, seriously?) If that’s the situation, then just call it what it is, consider it a different thing than it used to be, and just dim the lights after every obituary notice on Playbill.com |
